Return Label
For both defective products and customer remorse, the return label will be included in the box.
Return Window
Our policy lasts for 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Product Conditions for Returns
We only accept returns of products in new condition, which means they must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and free from any alterations, such as hemming, cuff adjustments, and so on. Products must have all original tags and labels intact. Defective products resulting from misuse or damage will not be accepted for return.
Restocking Fee
We charge a restocking fee of $20 for all returned products.
Return Shipping Cost
The actual cost of return shipping for both defective products and customer remorse will be the responsibility of the customer.
